Crystal Bowl Meditation with Jim Haggins

While listening to the beautiful flute music, Jim will guide us into a deep relaxed state. Then we will all go on a guided visualization (or journey) into an alternative reality that is outside of time and space. Much like our Intermediate Shamanic Journeys, we will have a clear intention of whatever the particular theme is that evening. The theme is different each month as Jim’s guides give him new topics to meditate on.
